Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Nini Flow. Please review our cancellation policy before booking a service.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable.

Private Events & Group Classes

A deposit may be required to reserve your date.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to planning, preparation, and reserved scheduling.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Children’s Yoga Classes

Registration fees for children’s yoga classes are non-refundable.

If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, your registration may be transferred to another class or credited toward a future class, when available.

Weather

Outdoor classes may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. When possible, an alternate date, indoor location, class credit, or refund will be offered.

Cancellation by The Nini Flow

If The Nini Flow must cancel a class or event due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, clients will receive the option to reschedule, receive a class credit, or obtain a full refund.
